Three Keys to a Perfect Application
- Shake thoroughly. Before attaching the wand, shake the Cavity Coater Aerosol can vigorously for at least one minute. The formula contains active corrosion-inhibiting solids that settle during storage — a good shake ensures they're fully suspended and ready to spray.
- Attach the wand correctly. Align the Cavity Wand over the spray tip, push straight down with gentle, firm pressure, and give it a slight twist to lock it in place. You'll feel it seat securely. Avoid forcing it at an angle, which can damage the valve.
- Apply at the right temperature. For best atomization and penetration, apply when both the can and the work surface are between 65°F–80°F. Cold cans produce weak spray; a warm can (slightly above room temperature) delivers the full, even mist that lets Cavity Coater self-level into every seam and crevice.
