This policy covers orders shipped within the United States. KBS Coatings is required by law to collect sales tax only in states where we have a legal obligation to do so, known as "nexus." Currently, KBS Coatings has sales tax nexus in the state of Indiana.
Orders Shipped to Indiana
If your order is shipped to an address within Indiana, applicable Indiana state sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.
Orders Shipped to All Other States
KBS Coatings does not currently collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Indiana. Depending on your state and local laws, you may be responsible for reporting and remitting use tax directly to your state's taxing authority.
