Can KBS Rust Converter Be Used on Aluminum or Galvanized Steel?
No. KBS Rust Converter needs iron oxide to react with, so it only works on ferrous metals: iron and steel. Aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel do not form iron oxide and will not trigger the converting reaction. For non-ferrous or clean metal, use RustBlast and RustSeal from the KBS 3-Step System instead.
