This product is super simple to apply. Looks to have sealed rust on seams. So far so good. I'm experimenting on tailgate seam and door seams. It this product holds out my truck frame will be next. A winters worth of driving should determine longevity of product. But so far very happy with product.

Satisfied

The rear 4” square tube bumper on our camper was looking rough and now looks beautiful. I used the 3 step process followed by the KBS top coat. Really nice results!

Sampler Kit for a differential rebuild.

I ordered the sampler kit to give this product a try while rebuilding a rear axle. I gave 4 stars because the kit was perfect with the exception of the blacktop coating. The rust seal produced a very nice finish but the blacktop was too thick and tacked too quickly which led to a rough blotchy finish. I give this kit minus the blacktop, 5 stars. I will definitely buy more of this product when I’m ready to coat the frame.

Product and instructions were great. Did exactly what I needed. Pay close attention to the directions for not over applying the coating. I got runs, but was my fault. I will buy more of this product when needed.

Rust seal on power steering gearbox

Seems to have worked well.. looks very nice finished... just used sample kit to get a feel for the product... used it on a power steering gearbox, and so far I must say I will be using to do more parts along with the frame, make sure to follow instructions to a T... dont want it to go on very thick... and dont want to apply second coat before first one is ready to be coated over, as it will have little solvent pop bubbles. It did take quite awhile for each coat to dry, so make sure you leave yourseIf enough time to put the second coat on before the window of re-coating ends. I wanted to spray as I wasnt sure about painting with a brush, but I went with brushing the rust seal on, it laid down surprisingly well.. painted it off but forgot to snap a pic before putting back on as I was pretty excited how it turned out... it's only been painted for a couple weeks now... I did have extra that I didnt want to poor back in the container so I experiment on an old rusted brake drum... I didnt use the cleaner or the rust blast on this, just wanted to see how well it would work and it adhered to the rust very well, as it wouldnt scratch off with a screwdriver... I would still use the cleaner and rust blast if I werent just experimenting with it...hope this helps someone make a better decision on whether to try this stuff... so far so good for me

Great complete system!

Each product in the kit is absolutely top quality, I highly recommend it. I had a vehicle that spent the majority of its life outside in Northern Nevada (Lake Tahoe) and it was covered in surface rust, Well I moved it to the coast in california, and the rust came alive! It was going to eat through the entire vehicle! I started by sanding, and priming with rustoleum, which seemed like it was fixed, but coastal life is very salty, and rust came through with a vengeance, and I struggled with how to counteract it, so I used KBS-Coatings, including the blacktop, and wow! amazing results! I am VERY confident that its now in paintable condition, and rust will not return in the remediated areas. Thank you KBS!

Amazing Stuff!

I used rustseal and top coat on a motorcycle frame that was in bad shape. The product was great except I didn't have enough of it to coat the entire frame including the swing arm.

Great Product

All in one kit was easy to use. Provided all neccessary prepainting products. I applied the rust stop by brush. Went on fairly easy but took a bit of time. Provided paint was more than enough. Used a spray gun for the top coat, went on great. Overall a great product. Finish looks professional.

Good Stuff!

I used the KBS 3-Step System to preserve the frame on my 1988 Airstream Travel Trailer. The instructions were clear on how to apply and in a few hours, spread over a couple of days, I had a beautifully preserved RV frame.

Used this to spruce up my equipment. Applied with a brush and it leveled out clean, looks like powder coat!

Looks Like Liquid Glass

I used this kit on my 2005 Husaberg FE 650. Took my time doing all of the steps. Looks like liquid glass. I was completely amazed at how well the brush marks flow out. It looks like I sprayed. Highly recommend!
