XTC is available in 12 colors and finishes: Jet Black, Cast Iron Grey, Charcoal Metallic, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Pure White, Rocket Red, Flame Blue, Pontiac Metallic Blue, Off-White, Clear, and the XTC Zinc Rich Primer (Matte Grey). Most colors are matte, with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Charcoal Metallic offered as matte metallics and Clear in gloss. No. You do not have to temperature cure between XTC Primer and XTC. Apply both, allowing the appropriate recoat time between coats (aerosol or liquid), then do the temperature cure once as described in the XTC Directions. If you already heat cured XTC Primer on its own, you can still apply XTC over it and temperature cure the XTC afterward.
Yes. Once XTC Primer and XTC are fully temperature cured, you can install an exhaust wrap over the coated surface with no issues.
Yes. Apply a coat of XTC Primer first to prevent further rust, then 1 to 2 coats of XTC color over the primer.
