KBS Coatings ships direct to the United States and Canada only. Customers in other countries order through a freight forwarder in the U.S.: we send a pro-forma invoice, you pay by wire transfer, and we ship to your forwarder. Customers in Mexico ship to a U.S. address and pick up their order there.
Does KBS Coatings Ship Internationally?
KBS Coatings ships direct to addresses in the United States and Canada. We are not set up to ship overseas, so we do not ship direct to Europe, Australia, Asia, South America, or any other country outside the U.S. and Canada.
You can still get KBS Coatings products. Overseas customers order through a freight forwarder in the U.S., a company that receives the order here and sends it on to you.
How to Order Through a U.S. Freight Forwarder:
- Choose a freight forwarder in the U.S. Pick one that can handle paint and coating products and the export paperwork for your country.
- Contact us with your order. Tell us which products and sizes you need and give us your forwarder's U.S. address.
- Pay the pro-forma invoice. We send you a pro-forma invoice, and you pay it by wire transfer.
- We get the order to your forwarder. Once payment arrives, we ship the order to your forwarder's U.S. address, or your forwarder picks it up at our warehouse in Valparaiso, Indiana.
We box orders for ground transport within the United States. Your forwarder prepares the shipment for air or international transport, including any repacking, hazardous materials packaging, labeling, and export documents, so share these details with them before you order.
Ordering from Mexico:
We do not ship directly to Mexico. FedEx and UPS have told us they cannot always deliver packages there securely and correctly.
Most of our customers in Mexico use a shipping point in the U.S., often just across the border in Texas. Place your order on kbs-coatings.com, ship it to that U.S. address, and pick it up there. Checkout accepts a billing address in Mexico with a U.S. shipping address.
On request, we provide a commercial invoice and a USMCA certificate for you to present to Mexican customs when you bring your order back from the United States. Contact us to request them.
Shipping to Canada:
Canada is the one country outside the U.S. that we ship to directly. Orders go by FedEx Ground at a flat rate of $24 to $50 USD, with customs and duties included. See Shipping KBS Coatings to Canada for the full rate table and our Canadian resellers.
