How Do I Minimize Flash Rust After Rinsing?

Dry the surface immediately after rinsing. Light flash rust is harmless and does not affect the 3 Step System.

Do I Still Need RustBlast After Sandblasting?

Fresh sand and gloved hands means you can go straight to RustSeal. Plastic, bead and soda blasting still need RustBlast.

Is RustBlast Safe on Wiring and Rubber?

Casual contact is fine as long as it is rinsed off with water. Gloves and eyewear are required at all times.

What Color Is RustBlast?

RustBlast is dyed so it is not confused with clear KBS Klean. The dye color varies and does not affect performance.

Will RustBlast Affect Cured Undercoating?

No. RustBlast will not disturb a fully cured coating, so you can spot treat bare metal without stripping the frame.
