Does KBS Top Coater Chalk or Fade in Sunlight?
No. It is 100% UV stable, which is why KBS recommends it over RustSeal on metal that lives outdoors.
Does KBS Top Coater Brush Out Well?
Yes. It self levels so brush marks flow out. Apply thin coats with a poly bristle brush and do not overwork it.
