Yes. Be patient, keep it warm up to about 80 degrees F, and plan on more than one application.
Will KBS Strip Remove Powder Coat?
Yes, cured powder coat comes off with no oven or blasting. Work as close to 80 degrees F as possible.
Can KBS Strip Be Used on Plastic Bumper Covers?
Not recommended: it can damage plastic. If you must, test first and use short, repeated applications.
