What is the ideal temperature for using the KBS Tank Sealer System?
It is best to complete all three steps of the KBS Klean, RustBlast, and Tank Sealer system when both ambient and surface temperatures are above 55°F.
Tip: KBS Klean and RustBlast are more effective when the air and surface temperatures are warmer, up to approximately 80°F. Warmer temperatures improve cleaning and etching performance, helping the Tank Sealer adhere optimally.
