Yes, you can apply BlackTop to epoxy primers, DTM primers, and body fillers that are fully cured. BlackTop will adhere well to epoxy primer, DTM primer, and body fillers.
TIP: If the sheen of the surface to be coated is glossy (shiny), then lightly scuff the surface with 320 grit before you apply BlackTop for enhanced adhesion.
